Tez Steinberg is a world-record endurance athlete, keynote speaker, and leadership coach with a long history of pursuing life beyond comfort.

Recovering from depression in college, then losing both parents to suicide as a young adult, inspired Tez to begin rebuilding his life through increasingly audacious goals – from Ironmans to ultramarathons, until eventually rowing the entire Pacific Ocean.

Along the way he discovered a lasting truth: the challenges we choose can prepare us to navigate the ones we don’t. That belief – choose your hard – shapes everything Tez does today.
